On a recent trip across the pond we came across this fellow rowing down a river throwing sweets to swathes of childrens..

Needless to say, despite its obviously ridiculously racist appearance, he is meant to represent a little dude who cleans chimneys for Santa prior to his decent.. obviously! Wiki-Black Pete
